Greeting and Ushering

 Greeting

We are committed to helping those new to the congregation or visiting with us get acquainted with Southside Bible Church. We will assist in directing you to the different areas of the facility (class locations, restrooms, nursery) and answer your questions (schedules, contacts).

We host a Newcomers Luncheon 2 or 3 times a year that provides information about our church and our functions.  This is an opportunity to meet some of the church leaders, ask questions, and help those newer to the church to meet others in the same situation.

Ushering

Our ushers help with seating, passing out the elements of Communion/The Lord’s Supper, and with needs during the worship service.

We hope you will find our time of worship to be God honoring as well as edifying to your soul.  With reverent worship and a devotion to purity in Biblical preaching and teaching, our goal is to make disciples and to present every man complete in Christ.
